I previously left a good review, after my last couple visits my opinion has changed so I decided to update.

They were great when I first started going but now they have definitely slacked off.

On my first unpleasant visit I walked in, was greeted by no one, everyone looked as if they didn't even see or notice me, I noticed the same pattern for women who walked in behind me without an appointment. The ones who did have an appointment were greeted with a smile and welcomed. I don't feel it makes sense that they treat customers without appointments differently now, because at first all I did was walk ins, but after waiting over an hour with still no one even asking what I needed, saying hello, or even giving a friendly smile, I decided to give them another chance but to make an appointment next time.

At my next visit The lady doing my pedi, an older woman, clipped my toe nails without even asking if I wanted them clipped (I already have short toe nails). Plus clipped them uneven, it looks like a different person did my left foot and right foot, I could have done a better job myself, at home.

Judy did both the paint job on my hands and toes I specifically requested her by appointment because last time she did a good job. This time the job was sloppy, nail polish outside of the nail, finger nails clipped uneven and even slightly lop sided. I had to ask them to fix and clean up my toes but did not even feel like asking them to redo my finger nails. As close to their face that my fingers are when they are painting them, they know when a nail is done sloppy or clipped crooked. Highly disappointing.

Plus when it was time to pay (I had brought my mother with me for a mani pedi for mothers day) she asked me if my mom had gel on her toes, I guess because even though she got a gel pedicure that day she was still going to charge us for having to take off gel. I answered no because my mother did not have gel on her toes previously, the woman turns around and asks the lady in her native language if my mom had gel on her toes, and the lady answered no... I guess she assumed I was lying so she had to ask her coworker.

I began coming here because they seemed clean and neat both with their tools and environment, as well as the job they do on nails. On my most recent visit she filed my nail on top of shavings from whoever made nails she had filed prior to mine, did not even bother to dust them off.

If anything I would maybe continue going there for small things like waxes. But I even tried getting my eyebrows done and the lady did them uneven, my left eyebrow was left thicker than the right, and I pointed it out to her and she responded "well your left eyebrow is thicker." Well duh I know that, that's why I paid you to even them out lol.

I only paid their prices because they're right across the street and I felt their quality was worth it, it's not, you can get the same job, with a way better pedicure in allentown at Best Nails on Hamilton, for a way cheaper price. I stopped going to Best Nails because they didn't seem clean, but from what I observed these people aren't cleaning up like they used to either. Safe to say it's very unlikely I'll be back. After this visit I just decided to buy my own gel polish and wax set to do it at home, since the jobs I'm getting from nail salons are the same if not worse than I can do at home lol.

If you do decide to give them a try to do hope you have a better visit than the ones I've had. They also have specials on their Facebook page for discounts. They do not advertise or tell you about any discounts in person, you have to be knowledgeable in order to get the best price!
